Tammy Muldoon (Coordinator of Sierra County Literacy Program and Family Literacy Program. Also works with First 5 to coordinate preschool activities and programs for second language learners.)

Community Representative - Patty Stringer (Defined as a person who represents an agency or business that provides private funding for child care services, or who advocates for child care services through participation in civic or community based organizations but is not a child care provider or CDE funded agency representative.)

"Discretionary member (appointed from any of the above categories or outside of these categories at the discretion of the appointing agencies.) Louise Huebner - Sierra City. Louise is a preschool teacher that has worked at the GoodYear's Children's Center, and is a substitute teacher at the Downieville School.)

The ethnic, racial, and geographic composition of the LPC is reflective of the population of the county. This Advisory Council was appointed by the Sierra County Board of Supervisors and the County Superintendent of Schools on April 17, 2007.
